The straight tool has a body placed in the centre line of the handle making for high cutting power. The blade does not bend during carving. Its cutting edge is straight with a single bevel.
Widths greater than 20 mm are intended for the preparation of the work, while those less than 16 mm are for finishing.

The heat treatment of the blade (58-60HRC) guarantees excellent durability.
Uses : arched shapes, straight cuts, lettering and geometric sculptures as well as engravings. For striking and clearing of patterns.
